Scope of Services
We provide trademark and brand monitoring services, as well as publication and data integration related to registered or pending intellectual property rights.
These services are offered on a fixed-fee basis and are non-subscription unless otherwise stated.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for business clients, legal representatives, and rights holders. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.
Fees & Payment
- The total service fee is EUR 1,970.00, payable in advance.
- All services will commence only after full payment has been received.
- There are no hidden fees.
- The contract is valid for a fixed period of 12 months.
- Unless terminated in writing at least 3 months before the end of the contract term, the agreement shall be automatically extended for an additional 12-month period under the same conditions.
Delivery & Execution
Monitoring services, listing, and system access are activated within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Reports and alerts are sent electronically via email or client dashboard access.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content and software used in connection with our services remain the intellectual property of EIPD – European Intellectual Property Directorate or its licensors. Clients retain all rights to their registered trademarks and data.
Liability
While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, we do not guarantee that monitoring will detect all infringements.
We are not liable for missed third-party filings or damages resulting from undetected violations.
Data Protection & Confidentiality
We fully comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Client data is treated confidentially and used solely for service delivery purposes.
We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
Cancellation & Refunds
As services begin immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal is waived in accordance with Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Refunds are not available once monitoring has started.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Ukraine
